For your entry to be valid, you MUST make a comment on this article with your favourite Mario level AND provide a link to that comment on the widget embedded, doing just one of those things will not make your entry valid.
Bumping – Just over two weeks before this giveaway closes, get your entries in soon!
It’s been just over a month since this year’s E3 concluded, and though it was a bit hit and miss for a lot of people, there were still some amazing games on show. One game in particular that we are incredibly excited about is Super Mario Maker, especially with the announcement of that spiffing Mario 30th Anniversary Amiibo. To celebrate our excitement, as well as the 30th Anniversary of Mario, we are happy to announce that our next competition could nab a luck reader a copy of the Super Mario Maker Amiibo Bundle.
Find out more details after the break!
That’s right, one of you could win a copy of Super Mario Maker with the level art book and the Mario 30th Anniversary Amiibo, and entering couldn’t be easier. All you have to do is to make a comment down below, stating which Mario level is you favourite and why. For example, one of my favourite Mario levels (there are too many) is Dire Dire Docks from Super Mario 64 because the entire level is beautiful, including the music! Be as simple or detailed as possible. Want to increase your chances of winning? Then be sure to share and comment on the pinned post on Facebook and Twitter (links will appear shortly). Please use the following widget to record ALL entries after they have been made. If you do not, I may not be able to count your entry.
This competition is open to both citizens of Europe and citizens of the USA. As the only preorder that was available was for the European PAL version, if someone from the USA is the winner, I will purchase the NTSC version from Amazon.com and then send the Amiibo (along with the bundle box) in the mail as soon as I get it.
UPDATE – After some research, I found out that some NTSC games will also work in Canada, and some European PAL in Australia and New Zealand. Therefor I am opening up this giveaway to those countries as well. If the winner is from Australia, they will receive the delivery from my own address, if the winner is from Canada, the process will be similar as if they were from the US, but from Amazon Canada!

I think my favourite level would have to be Rainbow Road. Each new version has another wonderful theme music to it. I think the N64 version is the best.
My favorite level has got to be Beep Block Skyway. I love the music and how the design of the level makes you pay attention to the music by the beeps. I also like running around with 5 Luigis and trying to keep all of them alive.
One of my favorite mario levels is Double Cherry Pass in SM3DW. It’s so fun and crazy when you have like 5 clones running around.
I also love that winter level where you ride on the roller skate.
the crown level from SM3dW…
You have to state why and you also have to record your entry in the widget above
I like it because of the difficulty, most of the levels in 3d world were breeze
My favorite Mario level is Tubular from Super Mario Bros on the SNES. It took me so many tries to beat it when I was younger and I love a good challenge, so it’s definitely my favorite!
My favorite level is Champions Road from SM3DW because it is so fun and definitely challenging. It took me a while to beat, and I cant wait to see what new hard levels will come out!
Wow… tough one here. I think one of my favorite levels is the first ghost house is Super Mario World. First time I remember having a secret route to a secret (power up) level 🙂
Please remember to record your entries in the widget in the post for them to count!
I love most of the ghost levels in the Mario games, but I liked the one in Super Mario 3D Land the most. World 4-4 the reason I liked this one the most is because of the Big Boo at the end chasing you.
i love 1-1 because it is so cool and fun and my favroite mario enimy (goomba) is the most commen enimy in the level

I’m going to have to go with 2-2 from the first SMB. The water physics were so disorientating at first, but the feeling of accomplishment I got from finally mastering it was fantastic.
It’s partly nostalgia, but I LOVE Thwomp’s Fortress from SM64. It’s aged really well in terms of design, and is as clever and fun as it was nearly 2 decades ago.

my favorite level is level 4-1 from super mario bros 3. cuse as of many mario fans declared the big world is there favorite and i couldn’t agree more the big world is awesome with the creatures so cool to see big sized while it was frustrating at first when i played it. it was a lotta fun i especially love the music in the game it perfectly matches the gameplay. i love seeing the giant koopa’s the giant goomba’s and so on. plus its a great place to stock up on power-ups
My favorite is the very first level in regular Mario brothers game. IT is what got me hooked on Nintendo from the start and now I have passed that love on to my daughter 🙂

My favourite has got to be in Super Mario Sunshine, Sirena Beach: The Hotel Lobby’s Secret. I remember it was really fun to be able to explore the hotel and the bit at the end where you got transported to one of those weird special levels. Good times ^_^
One of my favorites is Wet Dry World in Super Mario 64. I just have a lot of fond childhood memories exploring that level.
Took me too long, but I have a definite answer. I choose Champion’s Road from Super Mario 3D World. This level encompasses extremely difficulty and demands the highest skills from any Mario player, new or old. On top of that, the only way to reach this level is to collect every green star, which requires you to explore every level to its fullest. I had a blast playing around each level and collecting the power-ups to reach the green stars just to play. Finally, the hectic 4 player action is enough to drive anyone mad, but its extremely fun as all hell break loose from the yelling and frustration comes together just attempting this one level. Also, the music is a remixed Gusty Garden, and thats a definite +1 from me.

How do I do that?
It’s embedded in the post
I would also say Champions Road from Super Mario 3D World. This was the first Mario level that I spent hours trying to master and beat with each character. When I finally beat it, I got a sense of satisfaction that I haven’t gotten from any other Mario level that I could recall.
Tubular from Super Mario World, because I am a glutton for punishment lol.
My favorite all time Mario level has to be Big Boo’s Haunt from Super Mario 64. The setting is what truly sets the stage apart from the others in the game. Plus, trying to find the entrance for the first time is a challenge in itself. Also, it reminds me of Luigi’s Mansion, another fantastic game.
My favorite Mario level is 1-1 from Super Mario Bros, because it is the first level of the entire series (Not including Donkey Kong) and it very nostalgic to many gamers who grew up with Mario, like me.
My favorite Mario level is Champions Road from Super Mario 3D World because the amazing orchestrated music and challenging difficulty that composed all the learned tricks throughout the game made the perfect ending to an amazing game .
I like the level in SMB3 where all the enemies are giant. It provides for a memorable experience for reasons other than just nostalgia due to the shift in how you understand the enemies.
My favorite Mario level is the Choco-Ghost House from Super Mario Advance 2: Super Mario World. Super Mario World was just about my favorite Mario game, and the choco-ghost house was the most memorable for me because it was so challenging and you can’t just fly over the stage XD
My all time favorite level in the Mario franchise, comes from the NES Super Mario Bros., and its world 1-1. It might sound kinda cliche, but it just so memorable! I remember playing it as a kid, and even though I wasn’t that good, every time I died, I would always return to level 1-1 and start my adventure once more. I must have played that level hundreds of times, but it never seem to get boring, despite it simplicity. In my opinion it is one of best levels of any Mario game ever, and it will always hold a place in my heart. (or maybe its just the nostalgia!)
My favorite level has to be the first Mario maker level John Number and Cosmo played at the 2015 Nintendo World Championship! I loved how it started out like world 1-1, but it changed drastically throughout the level, and how it was able to stump some of the greatest players in the world! I cant wait to play it myself!!!
I think my favorite Mario level is Big Mouth Galaxy from Mario Galaxy 1. It is a very weird level and kinda of creepy having to swim so far and deep down. I’m kinda scared of water so it ave me the chills playing but I love it!
my favorite mario level is the first level in super mario 3D land because it teaches me all the things that i need to know in that game like power ups and the bad guys. that is why that is my favorite level in mario games

If you are the guy on Miiverse, I can not message at the moment, I got banned for two weeks haha
I think my favourite level would have to be Pinna Park from Super Mario Sunshine. I played the game for my first time there a few weeks back and that level reminded me of the time i was in alton towers near manchester which was my first theme to go to a theme lark when i was younger.
My favorite Mario level is Red Hot Run on Super Mario 3D World! It just so frustrating, nerve wrecking, and hard to beat! But when you do you have a immense feeling of satisfaction and euphoria! I freaking loved it!
Well my favorite level ever of the Mario bros. franchise is the level in Super Mario World where Yoshi appear on the Yoshi Island, it was one of the most memorable experience playing any mario game! Seeing Yoshi for the first time and being able to ride him! oh it was just spectacular!!!
There are so many to choose from, but on the top of my head, I’d say my favorite could be SMB3 World 2-5. It was so cool to have a level with such a small amount of water in it. It seemed like such an intricate detail that’s easily overlooked and it was fun trapping a koopa or goomba in it and then watching them float away slowly after you kicked another koopa shell into the hole.
It’s just a shame that you can place water in dry stages in Super Mario Maker. It’s the one thing I really wanted.
I would have to say “Slip Slidin’ Away” from Super Mario 64. There was something about that penguin race that really captured my attention as a child. And when I found out about the shortcut? My head exploded. There’s just something magical about that game.
my favorite level is the castle from super Mario world. I like the fight at the end because it is hard because he throws a lot of stuff and moves alot
My favorite stage is Whomp’s Fortress in Super Mario 64. It’s always been my favorite since I was a kid.
My favorite Super Mario level is the first level of Super Mario World. I will never forget the day I unboxed and plugged in my SNES. Nostalgia feels…;)
My favorite Super Mario level has to be Ricco Harbor from Super Mario Sunshine. The music is a amazing, and I have tons of memories playing that level over and over again, figuring out new things

Be sure to check out our preview videos, should be uploading a new one today or tomorrow 🙂
The contest page here says that you’ll contact the winner via the email s/he registered under, but my brother and I both registered through the widget via Facebook. How would that work? (We aren’t disqualified, are we?)
You should be fine, if you or your brother happen to win, I will include the name in the subject line, though according t the widget you and your brother used different emails when confirming your entries, so it would be fine anyway haha
Best of luck you two 😉
Thank you 🙂
My favorite level in Super Mario history, has to be Flip Switch Galaxy from Mario Galaxy. It was such a unique, yet simple concept. I had hours of fun with that level, and it was executed so well! I loved this level, because of the memories it gave me. Playing with my brothers and trying our best to beat the level. It was amazing. I hope to relive these memories with Super Mario Maker! Thank you for your time, I really hope I do win!
Even though Mario Galaxy 2 and 3D World added in this same concept, I feel like it was done much better in Galaxy 1!
